April 18, 2013: The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency will be accepting proposals for lawn care services for its properties in Massena, Potsdam and Gouverneur.

March 26, 2013: The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency will be accepting proposals for janitorial services for its office building at 19 Commerce Lane, Canton.
Project Walk-Through: In order to ensure clarity in the area(s) targeted for services, proposers are encouraged to contact the Contracting Officer, as directed in the RFP, to schedule a time to walk through the facility. Walk-throughs will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013, by appointment only.

The SLCIDA is a small office consisting of eight employees. We will have 8 to 10 computer work stations, network connected printers and require a voice over IP phone system with 12 handsets. All proposed systems must be complete, secure and low maintenance with a proven track record with similarly-sized organizations.

August 7, 2012: The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified CPA firms to provide audit services to the Agency for a 3-year period commencing with the January 1, 2012 fiscal year of the Agency.

February 14, 2012: The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, acting as Lead Agency for funding provided by Empire State Development Corporation, St. Lawrence County, and other potential State and Federal sources, is soliciting proposals for Consulting Engineering Services for the Rehabilitation and Reactivation of the Newton Falls Rail Line through Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties.
The intent and purpose of the Qualifications Based Selection is to solicit responses for selection of an Engineering Consultant to provide railroad fixed plant maintenance and renewal planning, to include: identification of funding, design and management of Public Works Projects and other renewal/rail modernization projects; design and review of industrial track and connections; general railroad design services; environmental assessment and remediation; and construction support/management services for various capital improvement projects totaling $10,000,000 on the Newton Falls Rail Road between Carthage, New York and Newton Falls, New York for a period of up to three years.

February 1, 2012: The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency is seeking proposals for General Engineering Services, which would provide Design & Specifications, along with technical support for a 15,000 square foot, mixed-use, light industrial building. The project will include green construction practices and potential LEED Certification. The selected consultant will also work with Agency staff and NYSERDA representatives to finalize construction options best suited for this project.
