The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency (“SLCIDA”) is a public benefit corporation created under New York State General Municipal Law, Title 2, Section 914. Its mission is to promote, encourage, attract and develop job opportunities and economically sound commerce and industry in St. Lawrence County.

The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency at its 2013 Annual Meeting passed a resolution formally naming its new building at 19 Commerce Park Lane, Canton, as the "Ernest J. LaBaff Industrial Building".

The St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency is soliciting proposals for the purchase of a new 2013 model year, all-wheel-drive SUV vehicle. The SLCIDA is also seeking offers to purchase three of its fleet vehicles.
