Election of Officers 2011

April 1, 2010 - The St Lawrence County Local Development Corporation held its Annual Meeting this morning in Canton and re-elected the following slate of officers: Chair - Cheryl Snyder of Snyder’s Breezy Point Cottages; Vice-Chair – Mark Scott of Maxwell Bennett Associates; and SUNY Canton’s Ryan Deuel as Secretary.

The Corporation also enacted policies and procedures to comply with the Public Authority Reform Act of 2009.  In addition, it reinforced its support of the County’s application for a microenterprise grant fund.  These grant funds would be used in conjunction with currently-available loan funds to assist businesses.
