Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy
The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for St. Lawrence County was adopted by the County Board of Legislators on July 6, 2009 (ref Board Resolution No. 223-2009). A Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) provides a road map for future economic development and growth in the County, and is necessary for St. Lawrence County to qualify for funding from the Economic Development Administration.
